Job Description
This practice is built around comprehensive patient care, combining preventive medicine with advanced diagnostics, surgery, urgent care, and more complex medical case management. The hospital is designed to support veterinarians who enjoy seeing cases through from initial presentation to treatment and follow-up. Extended service capabilities and modern diagnostic resources enable the team to deliver a higher level of care while maintaining continuity of care for clients and patients.
Clinical leadership is hands-on and accessible, with support from an experienced Managing Veterinarian and a Practice Manager who is also a Registered Veterinary Technician. The leadership team has created an environment where veterinary professionals are trusted, respected, and given the resources needed to do their best work. Staffing levels are structured to support quality medicine rather than rushing appointments, allowing time for thorough workups, client communication, and case discussions.
The hospital serves a loyal and growing client base within one of Southern California’s fastest-growing communities. Veterinarians joining the team can expect to build long-term relationships with pet owners while working alongside experienced support staff who value collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
