Job Description
A well-established small-animal hospital in Memphis, TN, is seeking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit, community-focused team.
This is a gorgeous, stand-alone, general practice hospital with deep roots in the local Memphis community, operating Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements.
Led by an experienced Medical Director, the practice handles a wide variety of cases, including wellness exams, vaccinations, puppy and kitten care, senior care, spay and neuter procedures, mass removals, microchip implantation, and a broad range of general practice services. The hospital is supported by a strong in-house diagnostics and laboratory setup, giving you the tools you need to practice confident, high-quality medicine every day.
The team here shares a genuine love of animals and veterinary science, and a collaborative approach to medicine is at the heart of everything they do. A structured mentorship program is in place for newer veterinarians, and the culture truly values communication and teamwork. With a predictable Monday through Friday schedule and no on-call responsibilities, this practice offers the kind of consistency and work-life balance that is hard to find in clinical practice.
Compensation is competitive, with a progressive model that includes a strong base salary, production opportunities, and no negative accruals. Sign-on and relocation support are also available for the right candidate.
