- Moving away from archaic working conditions, you will have access to the best available technology to support you in your day-to-day duties
- Veterinarian founded with all clinical and business decisions made with DVM’s best interests in mind
- You will always be supported with a strong ratio of 2-3 Vet Techs per DVM
- They encompass a Fear Free approach to interacting with and handling pets
- Acknowledging the need for a work-life balance, you will have a 4-day working week with weekends on a fair schedule split with the rest of the time which may reduce over time as the team grows
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- To hold or have Texas State Veterinary Board license which MUST be in good standing
- Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience as a DVM however less experienced DVMs will be considered!
- You must have a genuine passion for veterinary care and a drive to grow and develop as a Veterinarian
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships with both their clients and colleagues
- You will have a Fear Free or low-stress handling approach when caring for pets
