Job Description
Ever thought about working within a fast-paced GP/UC clinic? This hospital has quickly become a trusted name in the community, combining gold-standard medicine with a warm, collaborative team culture.
Enjoy working alongside two experienced Veterinarians and a brilliant support tech team! We’re ideally seeking a veterinarian to join the team on a 4-day working week with very limited weekend requirements.
Opened under a year ago by an experienced and compassionate Medical Director, the clinic was designed with one simple goal: to create a place where both pets and people thrive. Whether you’re a seasoned doctor or a newer graduate eager to grow, you’ll find mentorship, autonomy, and a team that genuinely has your back.
The facility itself is modern, spacious, and fully equipped with a surgical laser, ultrasound, digital dental radiography, and a large surgical suite. You’ll have the tools you need to deliver top-quality care—supported by certified technicians and experienced assistants who share your commitment to excellent medicine.
The team culture here stands out: no production quotas, no corporate pressure—just a supportive environment built on kindness, respect, and collaboration. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow into leadership or ownership if that’s in your career path.
- Modern, growing hospital with a loyal and expanding client base
- Full autonomy to practice medicine your way, no quotas or micromanagement
- Strong clinical support from skilled technicians and assistants
- Opportunity for leadership or ownership in the future
- State-of-the-art equipment including ultrasound, surgical laser & digital dental x-rays
- Flexible scheduling and strong focus on work-life balance
- Proudly part of a veterinarian-led organization with excellent retention
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Colorado veterinary license
- Passionate about providing personalized, high-quality care
- Enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented approach to medicine
- Eager to grow clinically and professionally, with mentorship if desired
- Competitive Pro-Sal compensation ($115K–$140K base, no negative accrual)
- $4,200 annual professional stipend for CE, licensure, and memberships
- 401(k) with 4% match & comprehensive health coverage
- 4 weeks PTO + Paid Parental Leave
- Flexible schedule and employee wellness programs
