Job Description
We are proud to be working with a privately owned GP clinic in Aurora, CO, a well-established veterinary hospital that has been part of the community for over three decades.
Having recently relocated to a modern, purpose-built facility, this practice is now seeking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its friendly and supportive team.
This opportunity suits a veterinarian who enjoys a balance of surgery and consultations, with strong support from experienced technicians and front desk staff. The hospital has a reputation for a collaborative culture, where everyone works together to deliver the highest standard of care for patients and their families. The clinic is flexible with scheduling and open to tailoring the role to fit the needs of the right candidate, whether that’s full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts.
There is no on-call or emergency work required, ensuring an excellent work-life balance alongside professional development.
• Modern 2,800 sq. ft. facility with four exam rooms, digital equipment, and full lab capabilities
• Collaborative workplace culture with strong technician support
• Surgery days primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays, minor procedures on other weekdays
• Appointments scheduled every 20–30 minutes, supported by dedicated technicians
• Opportunity to focus on cats and dogs, no requirement to see exotics or pocket pets
• Flexible scheduling options including part-time or shift-based roles
• No on-call or overnight emergency responsibilities
• Recently relocated into a fresh, purpose-built space designed for growth
• Competitive salary range between $120,000 and $230,000+ depending on experience- open to flat base salary or pro-sal model
