A privately owned small animal clinic in Bentonville, AR is looking to welcome a full-time Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit, culture-driven team!
This is a well-run general practice with a surgery-forward workflow and a genuine commitment to delivering gold-standard medicine in a positive, low-stress environment. The clinic operates alongside an adjacent sister emergency facility, allowing for seamless urgent case referrals while keeping the GP caseload focused and rewarding. The practice is in the process of expanding its capabilities with the addition of endoscopy, and is rolling out AI scribe technology across the group to reduce admin and keep the focus on patient care.
The caseload is broad and well-rounded, covering routine wellness, soft tissue surgery, spay and neuter, and dentistry. Surgery is concentrated in the mornings, with 30-minute appointment slots running throughout the day. The team currently includes an excellent medical director, supported by experienced, cross-trained technicians who maintain a strong 1.5 to 2:1 support ratio on busier days. All support staff bring at least two years of experience, and the culture here is something the team takes genuine pride in.
The ideal candidate is a team-oriented, confident GP veterinarian who is comfortable with soft tissue surgery and dentistry and brings a positive, collaborative energy to the clinic. The hiring approach here is deliberate and culture-focused, and the right fit matters just as much as clinical skill.
The schedule runs four weekdays plus every other Saturday morning, giving you a consistent and manageable working week. Compensation follows a ProSal model with a base salary between $90,000 and $125,000, 21% production, and strong earning potential for the right candidate.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- Hold or be eligible for a Veterinary State License in Arkansas
- Comfortable with soft tissue surgery, routine spay and neuter, dentistry, and general wellness
- Confident managing a 30-minute appointment schedule and a varied GP caseload
- Positive, team-oriented, and genuinely invested in contributing to a strong clinic culture
- Strong communicator who builds lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Base salary $90,000 to $125,000 with 21% production and no negative accrual
- Strong earning potential of up to approximately $175,000 annually
