Job Description
A gorgeous, privately owned boutique small animal hospital in Bentonville, AR is seeking a passionate Associate Veterinarian to join their close-knit team.
This is a well-established, full-service practice with a strong reputation for delivering personalized, high-quality care to dogs and cats across the wider Northwest Arkansas community. Housed in a beautifully presented, modern facility, the clinic offers a broad caseload spanning wellness and preventive care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics, giving you plenty of variety in your day!
The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with a 4 day work week for you. There are no weekend shifts, no on-call, and no emergency duties, making this an outstanding option for anyone looking for true work-life balance in clinical practice. Surgery is typically concentrated in the mornings, with appointments following in the afternoons, and there is genuine flexibility to tailor your caseload around your clinical interests.
You will be supported by a dedicated practice manager, a team of experienced technicians at a 2:1 ratio per doctor, and access to neighboring sister hospitals for additional clinical support. The facility is well-equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and a full surgery suite, giving you the tools to practice confidently and independently.
