Job Description
We’re working with a respected, AAHA-accredited small-animal hospital in Birmingham, AL, seeking an additional Veterinarian to join their progressive 3-doctor team.
This hospital has built a strong reputation for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a genuinely collaborative team culture.
The practice operates out of a purpose-built facility designed with workflow and patient comfort in mind. It features digital and dental radiography, complete in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, surgical and dental suites, and separate dog and cat wards. The hospital is well-staffed with experienced technicians who ensure each DVM has the support they need to focus on quality medicine—not just volume.
This team is passionate about mentorship, CE, and empowering their doctors to practice the way they were trained. Whether you’re a recent graduate seeking structured mentorship or an experienced clinician looking for an environment that values your autonomy and ideas, this practice provides the flexibility and resources to help you thrive.
