Our partners are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their thriving, 6 doctor and well-respected animal hospital. Located in the vibrant and pet-loving community of Carlsbad, CA, the hospital is recognized for its collaborative culture, strong mentorship, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

The team comprises six experienced veterinarians, skilled technicians, and friendly support staff, all dedicated to delivering comprehensive and personalized care. You’ll have access to modern equipment, a diverse caseload, and the autonomy to practice high-quality medicine while receiving leadership guidance and ongoing professional development.
- Salary range of $150,000 – $180,000/year + production bonus

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Licensed (or able to become licensed) to practice in the relevant state
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical veterinary medicine
- Comfortable performing surgeries and dental procedures independently
- Committed to maintaining high standards of care and client communication
