A well-established small animal hospital in Castroville, TX is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join its close-knit team.

The hospital is well equipped to support high-quality medicine, with a fully equipped surgical suite, digital and dental radiography, and an in-house IDEXX laboratory. The caseload is varied and engaging, spanning wellness and preventive care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and internal medicine, giving you plenty of room to practice the medicine you enjoy most.
You will be joining a collaborative three doctor team, backed by strong technician and client service support, so you are never working alone. The culture here is mentorship driven and client focused, with a real emphasis on teamwork, respect, and medical autonomy to practice your own way.
With no weekends built into the schedule, you can expect a genuinely balanced work week, alongside a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, monthly production bonus, and access additional bonus structures that rewards performance on top of your regular pay.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Texas
- Strong clinical skills with a genuine commitment to high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Comfortable working within a collaborative, team oriented environment
