Due to their new growth plans, the fully serviced hospital is now in a position to add new DVMs to the team to a solid team of 5 GP Veterinarians with around 2-3 Technicians per doctor. We are open to varying levels of experience however we do have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vet to progress into a Medical Director position as their current MD approaches retirement.
The fortunate DVM who lands this position will have access to a huge range of facilities including AI documentation software to free up time/ reduce burnout as well as digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment and a light therapy unit.

This position is looking for a doctor who can work four days per week with no weekends initially but who is open to covering roughly 1:3 Saturday mornings in future. There is some flexibility for the right candidate, as they want to be as accommodating as possible to individual circumstances, so part-time hours will be considered. To enjoy a great work/life balance, there will be no after-hours or on-call requirements.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- To hold an Arizona State Veterinary Board license in good standing
- To encourage a fun, supportive, and collaborative workplace
- Enjoy educating clients, being diagnostic, and really passionate about the best-case scenario for clients and their pets
- Ideally, you will have at least 1 years experience as a DVM, but the practice does have mentorship in place for new graduates
- You could have over 5 years experience and be looking for the next step in your career into a Medical Director position!
