Job Description
A fantastic opportunity is available for an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Charlotte, NC. We’re working on behalf of a growing four-doctor practice that has been serving its community for more than 25 years and has built an outstanding reputation for compassionate care, clinical excellence, and long-term client relationships.
This full-service general practice is continuing to expand and offers an excellent environment for veterinarians who enjoy a varied caseload, collaborative medicine, and strong support from experienced colleagues. The hospital handles a mix of preventative care, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery, allowing doctors to practice high-quality medicine while developing their clinical interests. As part of a larger veterinary network, the hospital benefits from access to advanced technology, industry-leading resources, and extensive continuing education opportunities.
The team places a strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian seeking a supportive environment or a newer graduate looking for guidance and development, you’ll be joining a culture that genuinely invests in its people. The schedule promotes a healthy work-life balance, with a four-day work week and rotating Saturdays.
Alongside a competitive compensation package, you’ll have access to comprehensive health and wellness benefits, industry-leading continuing education resources, paid CE days, and opportunities to participate in clinical studies and professional development programs.
