Job Description
Are you looking to join a progressive, well-supported hospital where clinical excellence and team culture truly go hand in hand? I’m working with a highly respected, AAHA-accredited small-animal practice in Charlotte that is seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join its growing team.
This is a well-established hospital with a strong reputation in the community, led by an experienced Medical Director and supported by a collaborative team of DVMs, technicians, and leadership. The clinic is well-equipped to deliver a high standard of care, with modern diagnostic tools, surgical capabilities, and a workflow that allows you to focus on quality medicine rather than rushing through appointments. You’ll benefit from a structured yet flexible environment with available mentorship, making it an excellent option for both experienced veterinarians and those earlier in their careers looking to develop their skills.
The team prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive culture, with strong communication between medical and operational leadership. You’ll work closely with both the Hospital Manager and the Regional Manager, giving you visibility into and input on how the practice operates day-to-day. With a loyal client base and a focus on building long-term relationships, this is a hospital where you can practice meaningful, relationship-driven medicine.
With a strong compensation package, no negative accruals, and additional financial incentives, including sign-on and relocation support, this opportunity offers both professional satisfaction and financial stability.
