Job Description
Are you looking to join a well-established hospital where you can practice high-quality medicine, work alongside an experienced and loyal team, and benefit from exceptional support and mentorship?
Atlas Consultancy Group is proud to be partnering with a long-standing small animal hospital in Chesapeake, Virginia, that is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its close-knit team. This hospital has been serving the local community for decades and has built an outstanding reputation thanks to its commitment to patient care, strong client relationships, and remarkably stable team culture.
The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical technology, including ultrasound capabilities, cautery equipment, a suction unit, hands-free radiology, and a well-maintained facility designed to support efficient workflows and excellent patient outcomes. The practice combines the feel of a community-focused hospital with access to the tools needed to practice high-quality medicine every day.
One of the standout features of this opportunity is the team itself. Staff retention is exceptionally high, with several team members having been with the hospital for over 15 years. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative environment where colleagues genuinely enjoy working together and helping one another succeed. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian or a recent graduate, you’ll be welcomed into a culture that values mentorship, teamwork, and continuous learning. New graduates will benefit from dedicated mentorship and structured support to help build confidence and clinical skills.
This is a full-time position focused on companion animal medicine, with a schedule that promotes work-life balance while allowing you to build strong relationships with patients and clients. You’ll also gain access to extensive continuing education resources, wellness initiatives, and career development opportunities through one of the most respected veterinary networks in the country.
