Job Description
An excellent opportunity has become available for an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Clermont, Florida.
This is a full-service GP role in a practice known for combining high clinical standards with a genuinely supportive team culture. The hospital has also been recognized locally for its quality of care and nominated for a major industry award, making it an especially appealing option for a veterinarian seeking a progressive, well-regarded environment.
This hospital is well equipped for a varied GP caseload, with digital radiography, dental x-ray, ultrasound, an extensive in-house laboratory, and a dedicated surgical suite. The caseload is small animal only, focused on dogs and cats, and includes medical, surgical, dental, and alternative care. The team is seeking someone who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine and values collaboration, compassion, and strong client relationships.
One of the standout features here is the level of support available. This role would suit an experienced veterinarian, but it is also a strong option for a recent graduate looking to develop in a structured environment. The hospital welcomes early-career DVMs and offers dedicated mentorship, continuing education, and access to advanced resources to support professional growth. The schedule is also attractive, with weekday-only opening hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, offering a good routine and consistency.
The wider package is competitive and includes negotiable compensation based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, a retirement plan with a company match, paid parental leave, PTO, CE support, and access to a broad range of wellness and development resources. Full-time associates also benefit from health, dental, and vision coverage, mental health support tools, and structured, ongoing learning opportunities.
