Job Description
Join a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Coconut Creek, FL, offering a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to step into a supportive, modern, and highly collaborative environment.
This is a full-time position within a beautifully designed, state-of-the-art facility equipped with digital radiography, dental X-ray, therapeutic laser technology, and a dedicated dental suite—allowing you to practice high-quality medicine with confidence and efficiency.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced, tenured team of veterinarians and support staff who pride themselves on fostering a genuinely positive, team-oriented culture. The hospital places a strong emphasis on mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning, making it an excellent environment for both experienced veterinarians and those earlier in their careers. With a varied caseload primarily focused on dogs and cats—along with some exposure to exotics—you’ll have the opportunity to keep your clinical work both interesting and rewarding.
This role offers a balanced schedule with no on-call or after-hours requirements, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With a larger network, the hospital offers access to leading resources, structured CE programs, and opportunities to participate in clinical studies.
