Job Description
A thriving, community-trusted small animal hospital in Cypress, TX is looking to welcome a passionate Associate Veterinarian to its growing team.
Serving the local community since 2013, this practice has built an outstanding reputation backed by thousands of 5-star reviews, reflecting the deep trust it has earned from the families it serves.
The hospital itself is a stunning, stand-alone facility designed with both staff and patients in mind. Spacious interiors, high ceilings, and abundant natural light create an uplifting, calming environment for clients and team members alike. We’re fully equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical tools, so our team can handle most medical and surgical needs right here.
The caseload is broad and rewarding, spanning general wellness, preventive care, diagnostics, soft-tissue surgery, and urgent care, with exposure to advanced areas such as orthopedics, pain management, acupuncture, laser therapy, endocrinology, and cardiology. What sets this practice apart is its collaborative approach to complex cases: the team has direct access to board-certified specialists within a trusted network, enabling real-time in-house consultation on challenging cases without the need for client referral in many instances.
You will be joining a well-structured team of 12 doctors, supported by an experienced hospital manager and a highly trained support staff, within a positive, collaborative culture that prioritizes professional growth and clinical excellence. The schedule offers a consistent four-day work week with rotational weekends shared across the team, providing a genuine and sustainable work-life balance.
