Job Description
We are proud to be working exclusively with this veterinary group who are challenging archaic practices, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the delivery of veterinary care, with the well-being of our cherished pets guiding every decision.
Established by Veterinarians boasting more than 25 years in clinical practice, they truly understand what it takes to provide exceptional, unparalleled care. In the past five years, they have cultivated a robust community of experts, pets, and owners united by their love of animals. Prioritizing the welfare of animals, above all else, they cover the cost of Fear Free Certification for all their staff.
Imagine joining the No.1 rated and fastest expanding veterinary organization in the South, their remarkable success has led to expansion into Texas, with plans for eight additional state-of-the-art hospitals throughout the state.
Cultivating a tranquil, calming ambiance, the clinics themselves are a sight to behold! Incorporating plenty of natural and ambient lighting, including soothing sounds and scents, both pets and their owners will receive a truly unique experience, which in turn also provides a fantastic work environment for you and your team.

- Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, you’ll enjoy a four-day workweek with fair weekend schedules, potentially reducing overtime as the team expands.
- Experience a diverse mix of medical workups, surgeries, and urgent care tailored to align with your clinical interests and experience.
- DVMs benefit from the support of a virtual team handling tasks such as customer inquiries, medication refills, and result communication, allowing you to focus on current cases.
- Clear career progression pathways are outlined, with future partnership opportunities available.
