A cutting-edge, progressive veterinary clinic in Dallas, TX, is on the lookout for a talented Associate Veterinarian to come and be part of their growth!
This is far more than your typical associate position. Opened in 2023, this clinic is still in its early chapters, and anyone who joins now will have a genuine hand in shaping its story.
Day to day, you can expect a well-rounded and engaging caseload covering everything from preventive wellness and dentistry through to soft tissue surgery and urgent care. The clinical environment has been designed from the ground up to make your working life easier, with a support team that is actively involved in patient care, round-the-clock virtual backup for your patients, and smart in-house technology that handles the administrative heavy lifting. Each appointment is allocated 30 minutes, and a full day runs to around 16 appointments for a steady, yet engaging workflow.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited university or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in Texas, or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date
- Ideally, you will hold at least 3 years’ experience as an Associate Veterinarian or be comfortable with routine dentistry and soft tissue surgery
- Comfortable across general practice and urgent care settings
- A team player who communicates well and genuinely cares about their patients and clients
- Someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and wants to grow in a supportive environment
- Guaranteed base salary $125,000 to $170,000
