- Strong 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, including experienced RVTs

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Hold an Iowa State License, or have the ability to obtain one
- Confident in general medicine and routine surgery (mentorship available if desired)
- Communicates clearly and compassionately with clients and colleagues
