Job Description
An independently owned small animal hospital on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, serving a diverse and loyal client base from a modern, expanded facility, is looking to expand its team!
With continuous growth, outstanding staff retention, and a strong emphasis on collaboration and mentorship, this is an ideal environment for veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine without the pressure. The team prides itself on open communication, a drama-free culture, and a genuine commitment to patient care and professional development.
The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology, including digital radiography, endoscopy, multiple ultrasound units, laser surgery, and a dedicated ICU, to support a wide range of medical and surgical cases. They benefit from spacious treatment areas, separate suites for dental and ultrasound work, and a rehabilitation room designed to enhance care and recovery. Highly trained nurses and assistants handle critical clinical support tasks, enabling veterinarians to focus on patient care, client communication, and case management.
This role is ideal for veterinarians who enjoy variety in their caseload, value a supportive team, and want a place to continue growing. Whether you are an experienced veterinarian seeking a hospital that encourages advanced work or a newer graduate looking for mentorship, you’ll be encouraged to thrive in a well-organized, friendly, and forward-thinking environment.
If you are looking to join a practice where your voice is valued, your skills are supported, and your long-term success matters, reach out to learn why this could be the perfect next step in your veterinary career!
