Job Description
We’re working with a well-established, community-focused small animal hospital in the beautiful town of Flippin, Arkansas, who are looking to welcome another veterinarian to their friendly and supportive team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing practice that has served generations of pet owners, combining traditional values with modern, high-quality veterinary medicine.
The hospital itself is a full-service facility offering preventative care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and urgent care – all supported by state-of-the-art equipment, including in-house lab equipment, laser therapy, and digital imaging.
You’ll work alongside two experienced doctors and dedicated support staff who take pride in building lasting relationships with clients based on trust. Mentorship is readily available for newer graduates, while more experienced doctors will enjoy true clinical freedom and autonomy.
This is a great chance to practice high-quality medicine in a hospital that emphasizes a healthy work-life balance, with flexibility around scheduling, with occasional weekend on-call requirements shared between the team.

- State-of-the-art equipment and facilities including digital radiology, in-house labs, and laser therapy
- Diverse caseload of GP and UC including preventative care, surgery, and dentistry
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Arkansas
- Strong communication skills and a passion for client education
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
- Interest in surgery and dentistry is a plus, but not required
