- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US.
- Florida State Veterinary License (or ability to obtain).
- You bring at least 4+ years of experience in general practice or surgery.
- Leadership experience is a plus, but most importantly, you are dedicated to fostering a united and progressive culture.
- Committed to practicing high clinical standards and delivering compassionate care.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, energy, and enthusiasm for mentoring.
- Eager to teach leadership skills and inspire your team to grow.
