A modern, well-established small animal hospital in Fort Worth that is seeking to add a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to their collaborative team of 3 doctors!
This highly regarded, small animal hospital is recognized for its compassionate approach to veterinary medicine and strong emphasis on the human–animal bond, prioritizing patient care and client education.
The hospital is purpose-built with five exam rooms and advanced equipment, including digital radiography, an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, and a therapeutic laser. They are also a Cat Friendly Practice. The support team is highly experienced, well-tenured, and deeply values kindness, integrity, and professionalism.
You will join three other full-time veterinarians in a supportive and collegial environment. Whether you are an experienced veterinarian who enjoys surgery or a recent graduate eager to learn, mentorship is readily available. The schedule is designed to promote work-life balance with a four-day work week and limited short Saturdays, rotated among the team.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Texas State Veterinary License

- Base salary up to $160,000 + production and no negative accrual
