- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- To hold an Illinois State Veterinary Board License or have the ability to obtain one
- Confident to hit the ground running
- Exceptional communication skills and enjoy building long-lasting relationship with clients and their pets
- You must have a clear passion for veterinary care and a drive to develop within the industry
- Industry leading base salary starting at $170,000
- Production-based compensation model with 20% production and NO negative accrual
