Job Description
I’m working alongside a well-established, multi-doctor small-animal hospital in the Gloucester area that is seeking to welcome a Veterinarian to their friendly, collaborative team.
This is a full-service practice with five DVMs on-site, offering an excellent environment for learning, building confidence, and long-term career development.
The hospital is modern, well-equipped, and backed by a strong support structure, allowing you to focus on practicing high-quality medicine without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed for new graduates, with appointments tailored to your experience level and strong technician support available throughout the day. You’ll be joining a team that genuinely values mentorship, teamwork, and open communication.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of cases, including preventive care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, with structured opportunities to expand your clinical and surgical skill set over time. You’ll also benefit from access to formal mentorship programs, extensive medical libraries, and ongoing CE support. The practice encourages growth at your own pace, with clear pathways toward leadership, coaching, and mentorship responsibilities as your career progresses.
