Job Description
We are working on behalf of a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Greer, SC that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team.
This practice is built on strong medicine and a genuinely collaborative culture, where community and family sit at the heart of how the team works. The hospital serves the local community’s dogs and cats through a comprehensive range of services, from routine preventive care for young, healthy pets to early detection and treatment of disease, backed by complete medical, diagnostic, and surgical capability. The facility is modern and well-equipped, including hands-free radiology, so doctors can practice good medicine safely and efficiently.
The caseload is a healthy mix of wellness and sick patients, which keeps the days varied without tipping into chaos. This is a full-time role with a set schedule and a half day on Thursdays and Saturdays, so the week has real structure. Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship, and experienced DVMs will find a team that values teaching and willingly shares cases.
Greer sits in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, with historic brick buildings, local shops and restaurants, excellent parks and recreation, and easy access to lakes, waterfalls, and mountain trails, while keeping the feel of a small town with big-city amenities close by.
