Job Description
One of the highest-rated small animal hospitals in the Hartford, Connecticut, area is searching for a new veterinarian to join its growing team.
With an already established team of five doctors, and over 12 techs/support staff, you’ll be part of a friendly, welcoming, and skilled group that love coming to work each day to deliver great patient care/outcomes while having fun at the same time.
The Medical Director is a great mentor, working to high clinical standards and takes a flexible approach to scheduling to allow for personal/family circumstances. A standard full-time role would be a four-day workweek with no weekends, but there is no one-size-fits-all here, and all schedules can be considered!
The varied general practice caseload offers an exciting role that sees a blend of surgery, medicine, diagnostics, preventative care and more. If you have particular clinical interests that you’d like to develop, that can certainly be considered too. On top of all this, you will receive an industry-leading benefits package, including a base salary of up to $190,000, three weeks of PTO, and additional lifestyle perks.

- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or equivalent)
- License to practice in Connecticut (or eligible to obtain)
- Experience in general practice medicine
