Job Description
We’re working with a modern, community-focused small-animal hospital in Hebron, KY, seeking to welcome a full-time Veterinarian to their collaborative team.
This well-established hospital provides high-quality care to a loyal and diverse caseload of dogs, cats, and pocket pets, supported by excellent facilities and a skilled, long-tenured team of 3 DVMs, 7 experienced technicians, and 3 more support staff.
The hospital is bright, spacious, and fully equipped for quality medicine—offering digital full-body and dental radiography, IDEXX in-house lab, EKG, handheld ultrasound, and therapeutic laser. The clinic upholds very high standards of care to their patients, which is why they have built an incredible reputation in the community with many clients returning year on year.
Each DVM has a dedicated surgery day each week and a strong 2:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, allowing you to focus on patient care while being fully supported.
This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian seeking a stable, well-organized environment with last appointments scheduled for 5 pm, so you always leave work by 6 pm. Full-time and part-time options are available depending on what you’re looking for.
You’ll join a team that values open communication, teamwork, and professional growth. The leadership team encourages autonomy, continuing education, and long-term development—whether your goals include clinical leadership or simply doing great medicine in a supportive setting.
