This hospital offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time schedules to fit your lifestyle, including three or four-day work weeks and minimal weekend shifts.
This hospital is built around fostering professional growth, with mentorship programs, a management team dedicated to your success, and robust training resources. You’ll be working in a modern, purpose-built facility equipped with advanced technology such as a brand new ultrasound, in-house IDEXX laboratory, radiology department, ECG/EKG, and comprehensive surgical and dental suites. The hospital’s unique model provides you with two dedicated technicians or assistants per DVM, plus a skilled CSR team ensuring smooth, effective client communication.

- 2:1 dedicated technician/assistant ratio per DVM

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in North Carolina

- Skilled in wellness, preventive care, and keen to develop surgical and dental skills (mentorship available)
- Strong communicator who values client education and exceptional patient care
- Competitive salary range – $100,000 – $160,000
