Job Description
We’re proud to represent a well-established, multi-doctor small-animal hospital in High Point, NC, seeking a compassionate, motivated veterinarian to join its progressive team.
This is a practice where collaboration, mentorship, and genuine respect for one another form the foundation of everything they do.
The hospital is purpose-built and exceptionally well-equipped, featuring a brand-new ultrasound unit, a full IDEXX diagnostic suite, digital radiology, large surgical and dental suites, orthopedic equipment, and an on-site pet nutrition center. Whether your interests lie in surgery, dentistry, or internal medicine, you’ll have the resources and support to practice at your best.
You’ll be joining a highly experienced team—each doctor is supported by two dedicated technicians or assistants, plus a skilled CSR team trained in client communication. The management team is proactive and supportive, ensuring you have the tools and autonomy to thrive. For newer graduates, structured mentorship programs are in place to guide your growth and confidence.
Work-life balance is genuinely valued, with 3–4-day workweeks and just one Saturday morning a month. Beyond clinical excellence, this team believes in having fun—think team retreats, wellness perks, and regular appreciation events for staff and their families.

- Passionate about high-quality veterinary medicine and exceptional patient care
- A great communicator who values teamwork and a positive environment
- Open to continued learning and professional growth
- Competitive compensation package with relocation support (up to $10k)
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with 2% company match
- Paid parental leave and student loan relief
