- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Veterinary Board
- Ideally 1+ years of clinical experience

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Straight salary up to $175,000—no production pressure
