- Join a collaborative, state-of-the-art, small animal hospital
- Sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses, with student loan repayment support

- Protected time (12:00–2:00 p.m.) daily for lunch, callbacks, records, and learning
- No on-call responsibilities, daytime urgent care only
- 60 minute appointment times
- Fully equipped hospital with EzyVet PIMS, IDEXX in-house lab, digital full-body and dental radiography, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, EKG, and AI-assisted documentation
- Collaborative, low-ego culture with daily huddles and weekly meetings

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Valid Indiana state license, or ability to obtain one
- Skilled communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships
- Competence or interest in dentistry and soft-tissue surgery

- Interested in mentorship, leadership, or partnership opportunities
- Competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000 plus monthly production (20% services / 10% products)
