We’re excited to be working with a well-established small animal and exotics hospital in Independence, MO, that’s looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian with leadership potential.

You’ll have access to a full suite of diagnostic and surgical tools, including Digital X-ray, Dental Radiography, Ultrasound, In-house Laboratory, CO₂ Laser, and Scribble Vet AI for efficient SOAP documentation. - 50+ year reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a veterinary state license in Missouri
- At least 3+ years of small animal experience is preferred
- Confident in general procedures (spay/neuter, dentistry, soft tissue surgery)
- Passionate about leadership, teamwork, and building lasting client relationships
- Base salary up to $150K + monthly production bonus (no negative accrual)
- Up to $40K sign-on/bonus + relocation and retention support
