Job Description
We’re working on behalf of a modern, well-supported small-animal hospital in King of Prussia that is seeking to hire an Associate Veterinarian for its growing team.
This is a progressive, forward-thinking practice designed around high-quality medicine, client experience, and genuine work–life balance. The hospital operates from a contemporary, purpose-built facility with advanced diagnostics and technology that allow veterinarians to practice efficiently and to a high standard.
The team comprises experienced doctors, skilled technicians, and engaged support staff who value collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or still early in your career, you’ll have access to structured mentorship, clinical guidance, and leadership support from a wider veterinary-led network. The culture is supportive rather than prescriptive—doctors are trusted to practice medicine their way, with autonomy over clinical decisions, schedules, and professional interests.
This role offers strong compensation, sign-on and relocation support, and the advantage of no non-compete, giving you long-term career flexibility. The hospital places a strong emphasis on low-stress handling, client education, and strengthening the human–animal bond, creating an environment where both pets and people feel cared for. This is an exciting opportunity for DVMs at all stages of their career. Get in touch today to learn more.
