Our partners in Laguna Beach are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Veterinarian to join their thriving, surgery-focused practice on California’s stunning coastline.
This well-established clinic offers a unique blend of cutting-edge medical care and holistic wellness in a custom-built, second-story facility—complete with panoramic ocean views. It’s an inspiring environment where veterinary professionals are supported, empowered, and encouraged to grow. We are looking for a doctor to join their team on a just a 4-day working week with a morning-focused schedule to optimise work-life balance, with your day finishing at 5.00 pm every day!

- Adjacent facility available for future rehab or specialty expansion

- Highly trained support team (5:1 or greater staff-to-doctor ratio)

- 4-day work week (10-hour shifts) for optimal work-life balance
- Morning-focused schedule: 7 AM – 5 PM, no surgery on Wednesdays
