Job Description
Atlas is delighted to have partnered with a privately owned, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital that blends traditional and integrative medicine to support dogs, cats, and a range of exotic species.
Their model is intentionally high-touch and low-volume, designed to give veterinarians the time, tools, and autonomy needed to practice thoughtful, individualized care.
As they continue to grow, the hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian who values meaningful patient relationships, enjoys complex casework, and wants a role where high-quality medicine takes precedence over appointment quotas. If you’ve been searching for a place where you can slow down, connect deeply with clients, and feel supported by a compassionate, collaborative team, this may be your perfect next step.
You’ll join a hospital equipped with advanced diagnostics, modern technology, and a skilled support staff that allows you to focus on what you do best. Whether you’re experienced or early in your career, you’ll be encouraged to expand your skills, pursue professional interests, and help shape the continued success of a practice that truly values its people.
If you’re excited about practicing comprehensive medicine in an environment built on trust, transparency, and genuine care, we’d love to connect!
