We are currently working with an expanding private practice with two state-of-the-art locations across Lancaster, Pennsylvania, seeking dedicated veterinary professionals like you to join their team. You will benefit from modern facilities equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including ultrasound machines, in-house labs, dental radiographs, and digital x-ray systems. The clinics are designed to support a wide range of services, allowing you to focus on what you do best—whether it’s medical cases, surgeries, or a mix of both.
There is plenty of caseload across cats, dogs, and even some exotics, so any clinical interest you have can be accommodated! Some vets are consult only and some take a higher surgical caseload, there is lots of flexibility on offer with this role.

Scheduling is a flexible four-day workweek, including a balance of appointment days and surgery days, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while thriving professionally. The weekend schedule is also just one Saturday every four weeks.
Most veterinarians earn between $145,000-$190,000 per year on the hospital’s ProSal model, with generous benefits including 160 hours PTO, health insurance, discounts, and much more!

- Four-day week only one in four weekends
- Encouraged to follow your clinical interests within a supportive and welcoming team environment of experienced veterinarians and at least two techs for every DVM

- We’re looking for veterinarians with a few years of experience who are eager to help lead and shape the future of the practice
- Comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations
- New graduates are also welcome, with tailored mentorship and extended appointment times to ensure a smooth transition into practice
- Passionate about providing excellent care for clients and their pets
- Willingness to engage in continuing education and training
- Salary $120,000-$150,000
- Competitive production-based compensation model (most veterinarians are earning $145,000-$190,000 with combined salary and bonus)
