Our partners in Las Vegas are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join their high-performing, multi-doctor team.
Our clients operate a state-of-the-art, AAHA-accredited facility that combines modern technology with a deeply compassionate, Fear-Free approach. From complex surgeries to wellness exams, the hospital handles a wide variety of cases and is supported by a large, experienced team, allowing veterinarians to truly focus on medicine. With a flexible schedule on offer for the new DVM, including 3 or 4 days only per week, with limited weekend coverage required.

- 6-doctor AAHA-accredited hospital with 40+ skilled support team members
- Fully equipped with digital X-ray, CT, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, video otoscope & in-house lab
- Structured onboarding and mentorship for new or recent graduates
- Diverse caseload spanning general medicine, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care
- Low-stress handling techniques and Fear Free practices
- 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) with no overnight shifts
- Strong leadership and daily case collaboration

- Located in Summerlin – a scenic, safe, and family-friendly part of Las Vegas
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree (or equivalent)
- Eligible for or already licensed to practice in Nevada
- Eager to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team environment
- Strong communicator with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Comfortable working occasional weekends as part of a rotating schedule
- Competitive base salary ranging between $120,000-$165,000 per year with production incentives
