Job Description
We’re working with a well-established small animal practice in Lillington, North Carolina, that’s looking to welcome an experienced Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit and collaborative team.
Since opening its doors in 1985, the hospital has built an outstanding reputation for delivering compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while fostering lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
This full-service small animal hospital combines the warmth of a community practice with modern medicine and a strong commitment to clinical excellence. You’ll be joining an experienced team that values collaboration, open communication, and providing the highest standard of patient care. With opportunities to develop into a medical leadership position, this is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking to take the next step in their career.
Work-life balance is a genuine priority, with a 4-day workweek, just one rotating Saturday per month, and a supportive environment that allows you to focus on practicing great medicine without unnecessary pressure. Beyond the hospital, the team enjoys regular social events, team-building activities, and even a book club, creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
As part of a larger group of hospitals, you’ll benefit from industry-leading professional development, generous continuing education support, comprehensive benefits, and the backing of a veterinarian-led organization that believes in preserving each hospital’s unique culture while investing in its people.
In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, fully paid maternity leave, comprehensive benefits, generous CE support, and the reassurance of no negative accrual or non-compete agreements.
