- You must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited University
- You must hold an Illinois State Licence or have the ability to obtain one
- You should enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
- You should possess excellent communication skills with both clients and with colleagues
- You should enjoy delivering excellent veterinary care
