A well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Louisa, KY is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their experienced team!
For over 25 years, this clinic has been a trusted cornerstone of veterinary care for pets and their families across Louisa, Eastern Kentucky, and the Tri-State area. You will be joining a 3-doctor team that includes a dedicated Medical Director, working alongside skilled technicians and a support staff who go above and beyond for their patients every single day.
The clinic places a strong emphasis on clinical autonomy, allowing you to practice medicine the way you believe it should be done, supported by a team that shares your commitment to exceptional outcomes. The schedule is structured for genuine work-life balance, with a 4-day work week and no on-call responsibilities or weekends!

- Competitive base salary of $110,000 – $150,000 plus production with no negative accrual
- Fantastic benefits package including relocation and sign-on packages available up to $100,000!
- DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college or university
- Hold or be eligible for a Veterinary State License in Kentucky
- DEA registration obtained or eligible to obtain
- At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and dental skills although mentorship is readily available
- Excellent communicator who enjoys building lasting client relationships
- Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-first approach
- Base salary $110,000 to $150,000 + production with no negative accrual
