- You must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited university
- You must have a Kentucky State License in good standing or the ability to obtain a license if you are relocating to the area
- You will have an interest in fear-free and low-stress handling methods
- You will enjoy working collaboratively with other doctors and veterinary staff
- You have the natural ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, pets, and their parents
