As Medical Director, you’ll work in a Dyad Leadership Model, partnering closely with the Hospital Director to guide both Emergency and Specialty teams. You’ll have the opportunity to influence clinical standards, mentor doctors, drive operational excellence, and shape the future growth of the hospital. This position offers a mix of leadership and clinical work—perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on medicine and strategic impact.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Virginia
