- Work alongside a highly supportive team, with a strong Vet Tech-to-DVM ratio of 2-3 Vet Techs per doctor
- Prioritizing work-life balance, the clinic offers a four-day workweek with fair weekend rotations and reduced overtime as the team expands
- A virtual team supports DVMs by managing non-clinical tasks like medication refills, customer communications, and results follow-ups, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care
- Applicants must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited University
- A Texas State Veterinary Board license in good standing
- While at least five years of experience as a DVM is preferred, we welcome less experienced veterinarians interested in Associate-level roles
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A deep dedication to veterinary care and a commitment to ongoing professional development is highly valued
- Emphasis on Fear-Free or low-stress handling techniques
- Leadership or management experience is preferred, along with an enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting other veterinary staff
- Incredible straight-salary model between $170,000-$210,000
