Job Description
A well-established, full-service small animal hospital in McKinney, TX, is seeking a compassionate and driven Associate Veterinarian to join their close-knit two-doctor team!
Serving the North Texas community since 1999, this independently rooted practice has grown into a highly respected hospital with a loyal client base and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional, personalized care to dogs and cats. The hospital is well known for its low-stress approach, same-day and next-day appointment availability, and a genuinely warm, community-focused culture.
Housed in a gorgeous, stand-alone building, this quaint yet modern facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, including digital radiography, ultrasound, echocardiogram capability, in-house laboratory, laser therapy, and a fully equipped dental suite.
The caseload is broad and rewarding, spanning wellness and preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, pain management, nutrition, and more. The hospital is also one of a select few general practices in the DFW area offering advanced orthopedic procedures including TPLO surgery.
You’ll be joining a collaborative two-doctor team, both with interests in surgery and internal medicine, alongside a dedicated practice manager and a wider support team of thirteen, creating a communicative, team-driven working environment.
Enjoy a great work-life balance with a 4-day work week and rotating Saturday morning coverage, with Sundays always off.
