An established small animal clinic in McKinney, TX, is actively seeking a dedicated associate veterinarian to join its friendly and community-focused team.
This full-service primary-care clinic has been delivering exceptional care to dogs, cats, and small mammals for over 80 years, with the support of a skilled and experienced team of veterinarians and support staff. This is a fast—paced hospital where you will see a diverse and varied caseload. We are searching for a candidate who is passionate about veterinary medicine and adept at building strong client relationships. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as the role involves clearly explaining physical examination results, treatment plans, and follow-up care to clients. Quality care is at the heart of this practice, with a compassionate team dedicated to providing patients with the highest standards of service.
This position is ideal for both seasoned veterinarians and recent graduates. New graduates can expect thorough training and support from the experienced team, while seasoned DVMs will appreciate the 3:1 support staff ratio, opportunities for collaboration with fellow veterinarians, and a fun yet hard-working culture. The clinic features a modern 3,000-square-foot facility with three exam rooms, ensuring an efficient and pleasant work environment.

- Must hold a DVM degree from an AVMA-accredited college
- Hold a Texas state license in good standing or have the ability to obtain one if you are relocating or graduating
- Have excellent relationship building skills to develop rapport with clients and colleagues
- Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced hospital
- Have the ability to commute to and from McKinney, TX (relocation can be supported)
