With 30-60 minute appointment windows, dedicated administrative hours, and a robust support staff, you’ll have the time and resources to focus on both exceptional care and leadership. - Oversee the diagnosis, treatment, and care of pets while counseling clients on wellness and preventative care.
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff, ensuring medical standards are met and a positive client experience is maintained.
- Enjoy practicing medicine in an innovative, animal-friendly facility designed to reduce stress for both pets and pet parents.
- Collaborate closely with the administrative team and head nurse to foster a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and improvement.
- Guide your team through complex cases, provide mentorship, and support ongoing professional development.
- Manage controlled substances and oversee medical supply orders, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices are followed.
- Champion the hospital’s values and mission, driving compassionate care and operational excellence in all aspects of the practice.
- You hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree with an active state and DEA license, and have 5+ years of experience in the veterinary field.
- You are an effective leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals.
- You are committed to practicing the highest standards of veterinary medicine and maintaining ethical guidelines.
- You excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and enjoy working closely with both medical and administrative teams.
