We are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking Medical Director to lead a dedicated and talented veterinary team in Jeffersonville, IN.

As Medical Director, you’ll have both clinical and strategic influence—balancing hands-on veterinary work with guiding hospital culture and medical operations.
This AAHA-accredited and Cat-Friendly Certified practice is known for providing comprehensive, high-quality care to every patient. The facility features multiple exam rooms, a spacious treatment area, a dedicated surgical suite, and a fully equipped dental suite equipped with digital dental radiography. Diagnostic capabilities include in-house laboratory equipment, digital radiography, ultrasound, and advanced monitoring tools. They offer a wide range of services, including preventive care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, chronic disease management, and urgent care.
You’ll be supported by a comprehensive team of experienced veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians, and support staff. With a strong mentorship culture and a reputation for collaborative medicine, this is a fantastic place to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.

- Lead an AAHA-accredited and Cat-Friendly Certified practice
- Full-service hospital offering preventive, surgical, urgent, and dental care

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Hold an Indiana State License or have the ability to obtain one
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Passion for leadership and mentorship
- Skilled in general practice, dentistry, and routine surgical procedures

- Competitive base salary up to $200,000 plus production, with no negative accrual
