- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Hold a Minnesota State license or have the ability to obtain one
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality veterinary care and client service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritise effectively under pressure
- Skilled (or willing to develop expertise) in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and standard medical practices
- Excellent communicator and team player who enjoys supporting colleagues
